Carmen and CashDro Ficheros: clearer guides for setting up the integration

I have revised two ImaCash guides to clarify prerequisites, setup steps and the checks needed before use.

Carmen and CashDro Ficheros: clearer guides for setting up the integration

Over the past few days, I have updated the public guides for Carmen and CashDro Ficheros. My aim was to make each integration easier to prepare and explain what each step actually checks. The guides are already available in six languages. This is a documentation update and does not establish new hardware compatibility.

Carmen: preparing the file and payment methods

In the Carmen guide, I have separated access to the sales file from the selection of cash and card payment methods. I explain that the supplier must confirm the file and its private access details, and that permissions apply to the Windows user running ImaCash. I also distinguish the ticket workflow from advance payments, so they are not confused during setup.

CashDro Ficheros: two folders with different roles

The CashDro Ficheros guide describes file exchange with the source application, separately from CashDro machine configuration. The source application places requests in the Send folder for ImaCash to read; ImaCash places results in the Response folder for that application to read. I have clarified the need for dedicated folders, appropriate permissions and supplier confirmation of the exchange format.

Check the result before continuing

I have made the limits of each workflow more visible: saving a configuration or writing a response does not by itself prove that the source application processed it or that the cash movement is confirmed. Before commercial use, check the version and workflow with the supplier. If an operation has no confirmed result, review its status and the actual cash before repeating it.
