Carmen configuration
To integrate Carmen software with ImaCash and connect cash control machines to the POS quickly and easily, the technician must configure a password and the sales path.
Steps to follow
- Access the integration settings:
- Go to CONFIG > INTEGRATION in your ImaCash system
- Select the POS system:
- Select the POS category, in this case «Others»
- Then select Carmen from the dropdown menu
- Complete the configuration data:
- Password: Enter the password to access the Carmen system
- Sales: Click the folder icon and enter or select the full path where Carmen stores the cash control machine sales files
- Save the configuration:
- Click the SAVE button (save icon) at the bottom left
