Bitfarma configuration

The BitFarma integration with ImaCash offers two variants depending on the type of data access: through files or through an SQL connection.

BitFarma (file-based integration)

To integrate BitFarma through files, the technician must specify the paths of two specific files and a password.

Steps to follow

1. Access the integration settings:
   • Go to CONFIG > INTEGRATION in your ImaCash system
2. Select the POS system:
   • Select the POS category, in this case «Pharmacy»
   • Next, select Bitfarma from the dropdown menu
3. Complete the configuration data:
   • Password: Enter the system access password BitFarma
   • Sales: Click on the folder icon and enter the path where the linked sales file is located (journal.mdb)
   • Auxiliaries: Click on the folder icon and enter the path where the linked auxiliaries file is located (genera32.mdb)
4. Save the configuration:
   • Click the SAVE button (save icon) at the bottom left

Note: You will need the path of two specific files: the file linked to Sales (diario.mdb) and the file linked to Auxiliaries (genera32.mdb).
