The Exchanges function allows you to carry out cash exchange operations from ImaCash. It is used when the establishment needs to deliver or receive cash in a specific combination of bills or coins, without necessarily having an associated sale.
This option helps manage amount changes, denomination changes and controlled cash movements depending on the configuration of the installed machine.
Before making the change, check that the operation is permitted by the establishment's internal rules.
An exchange is an operation in which an amount of cash is transformed into another combination of bills or coins.
For example, a user may need to exchange a bill for coins, deliver a specific combination, or adjust available cash for daily operations.
Use the Exchanges option when you need to make an exchange transaction without recording a normal sale.
