Set up EasyPOS with ImaCash
The ImaCash profile is named EasyPOS. The provider must confirm the edition and data structure supported for your installation; configure the cash machine separately. The header image identifies ImaCash.
Prepare access
Ask the provider for the SQL Server destination, active database and a private account with the required query permissions. The provider must check access under the actual ImaCash Windows user and the structure expected by this profile. Do not copy names, accounts or passwords from examples.
Select the profile
Open Configuration > Integration, select POS and then EasyPOS. This profile uses SQL Server; it does not select a folder or DSN.
Complete the fields
Server IP takes the confirmed SQL destination, including its instance when applicable. Database name identifies the active database. Username and Password belong to the private SQL account prepared by the provider. This profile has no separate port, instance or Windows authentication fields.
Save when closing
Close Configuration and confirm saving when prompted. Follow any proposed restart when applicable. Saving or seeing a connected indicator does not prove full access, correct queries or a completed payment.
What is read
The profile captures as cash the sales selected by totalization date and time, with the company, terminal and operator codes available at the source. The provider must confirm the classification, amounts and signs of the agreed workflow. Filters limit the local view; they do not grant permissions or guarantee isolation at the source. Do not assume card or mixed payments, full history or absence of duplicates.
Check commissioning
Compare the document, amount, date, sign, currency and reference correspondence between both programs. Confirming or rejecting in ImaCash does not write a closure or cancellation in EasyPOS. This profile does not validate products, shifts or bank totals. If the outcome is uncertain, check both systems and the actual cash before repeating, resynchronizing or restarting. This guide does not physically validate the equipment or other similarly named programs.
