BDP configuration
- Access the integration settings: Go to CONFIG → INTEGRATION in your system ImaCash
- Select the POS system: Select the POS category, in this case “Hospitality” - Next, select BDP from the drop-down menu
- Complete the connection information:
- Server IP: Enter the IP address of the server where BDP is installed (example: localhost\bdpsoftware)
- DB Name: Name of the database (example: Bdp-Net_NetHos_25)
- User: User with access permissions to the database (example: sa)
- Password: User password
- Save the configuration: Click the GUARDAR button (floppy disk icon)
Important: Choosing the correct variant will depend on the BDP version installed and the type of integration required by the customer. Check with the person responsible for the BDP system which variant is appropriate before proceeding with the configuration.
If a sale is missing: filter diagnostics
Check Settings > Filters: POS, Till, Cashier, Shop and SyncDevice, their enabled states and saved values. An empty Configuration dialog does not prove that there are no local filters. Compare each category with the terminal, cashier, shop and device that should operate.
The extended diagnostics described below are planned for ImaCash 4.4.3.1258, which has not yet been released. Their absence in earlier versions does not prove that there are no filters or confirm that the customer's installation has been fixed.
- BDP retains the terminal Codigo; when the filter uses the Descripcion name, the mapping is resolved through the terminal cache. Compare the code and description without changing the sale identifier.
- In the COMPLETE log, [FILTROS] Configuracion local will show UsarFiltros and, for POS, Till, Cashier, Shop and SyncDevice, activado/aplicado/guardados (enabled/applied/saved). Long configurations and value lists will be kept complete in numbered parts; collect all parts before comparing them.
- Venta excluida with reason out-of-local-filters and phase=cola will identify the categories and expected/received values. card-disabled is a separate reason and must not be confused with a local filter exclusion.
- The first 20 samples in each 5-minute period will share one quota for cash and cards. There will be a summary by category and a separate tarjetasDesactivadas count. The absence of an individual sample does not prove that a sale passed the filters.
Do not disable filters indiscriminately or enable cards to fix cash payments. After correcting only the verified value, save and check a new cash sale from the authorized source, that another source remains excluded and that no duplicates appear.
