Technical beta: The private connector is implemented and available for controlled testing. Final financial validation requires a Booking Experts demo account or administration with an API Key.
How it works
- ImaCash retrieves sent, outstanding invoices with a positive balance from the configured administration.
- Cash is collected physically and the sale is stored locally first.
- Only then is the payment recorded in Booking Experts with a stable reconciliation reference.
Duplicate payment protection
If Booking Experts does not confirm a request, ImaCash never retries the payment blindly. It preserves the operation and searches by reference, invoice, amount and currency before deciding whether it can continue. Cancellations are made in Booking Experts and then synchronized back to ImaCash.
Scope of this beta
The first version supports cash payments for positive invoices in the configured currency and requires a single active ImaCash point per administration during the pilot. Card payments, refunds, negative balances, OAuth2, webhooks and App Store publication will be enabled after validating the real contract in the demo environment.
Required configuration
API URL, administration identifier, private API Key, cash payment method and register. The API Key is stored encrypted and is never written to ImaCash logs.
