AciHotel Configuration
To integrate Acihotel with ImaCash, the technician must configure the connection with the server where the Acihotel system is installed and specify the bar's POS terminals.
Steps to follow
- Access the integration settings:
- Go to CONFIG > INTEGRATION in your ImaCash system
- Select the POS system:
- Select the POS category, in this case «Hospitality»
- Next, select AciHotel from the dropdown menu
- Complete the connection information:
- Server IP: Enter the IP address of the server where Acihotel is installed (example: 127.0.0.1 for local server)
- Server port: Indicates the connection port (example: 1433)
- DB Name: Name of the database (example: ****SQL)
- Instance Name: Name of the SQL Server instance (example: SQLEXPRESS)
- User: User with access permissions to the database
- Password: database user password
- Posts: Specify the bar's POS terminals (example: ****Tpv)
- Save the configuration:
- Click the SAVE button (save icon) at the bottom left
Important note: The "Terminals" field has been specially enabled to process the POS sales of the bar that the hotel may have, since Acihotel saves these sales in a different table than those of the rest of the hotel.
