A3ERPTPV configuration
To integrate A3ERPTPV with ImaCash, the technician must configure the connection to the server where the A3ERP system is installed.
Steps to follow
- Access the integration settings:
- Go to CONFIG > INTEGRATION in your ImaCash system
- Select the POS system:
- Select the POS category, in this case «Hospitality»
- Next, select A3ERPTPV from the dropdown menu
- Complete the connection information:
- Server IP: Enter the IP address of the server where A3ERPTPV is installed (example: 127.0.0.1\A3ERP for a local server with instance)
- Database name: Database name (example: Empresa)
- User: user with access permissions (example: sa)
- Password: database user password
- Save the configuration:
- Click the SAVE button (save icon) at the bottom left
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the integration to work correctly, it is necessary that the connectivity module be enabled in A3ERPTVLink. This module allows communication between both systems. Other connection parameters usually maintain their default values.
