Set up Nixfarma in ImaCash
Ask your Nixfarma administrator for the Oracle service details and an account authorised to read sales and the data required for filters. Check that the ImaCash workstation can reach that service.
- From the main screen, open Configuration → Integration → POS and select Nixfarma. Identify yourself if prompted and use a profile with permission to make changes.
- In Server IP and Server port, enter the private destination and port supplied by the administrator.
- Enter the Oracle service name. Fill in the instance name only if your administrator says your installation requires it.
- Enter the user and password for the authorised account. Enter those private details only in ImaCash.
- Close Configuration with the X, choose Save and check the result. Continue editing returns to the form. Exit without saving discards pending changes.
- Check an authorised reference in both programs and compare its date, amount and counter. A successful connection confirms that the Oracle session could be opened.
What ImaCash reads
ImaCash reads sales from the specified date and time and applies configured counter, cashier, company and cash-register filters where applicable. Confirming or rejecting a sale in ImaCash leaves its status in Nixfarma unchanged.
If sales are missing
Check the destination, service and permissions first. If the connection works, check the date and filters before resynchronising. If a payment outcome is unclear, check the reference and cash before repeating it.
