How to set up Manager Salón in ImaCash
If your Manager Salón installation stores receipts in a Microsoft Access database, ImaCash can read them through the Manager profile.
Before you start
Ask the POS administrator which MDB file the installation uses. ImaCash needs the 32-bit Microsoft Jet OLE DB provider and its Windows account must be able to open the database.
- Open Configuration, go to Integration and select Manager in the POS category. You need permission to edit Integration settings to save changes.
- Under Sales, click the folder icon and choose the MDB file. In some installations it is called style2.mdb. Select the file with its extension.
- Close Configuration. If prompted, choose Save to apply changes, Keep editing to return to the form, or Exit without saving to discard pending changes.
- Reopen Integration and check the selected file. In a supervised check, compare an available POS receipt with the reference, amount and time shown in ImaCash.
Which receipts ImaCash reads
The query uses the synchronization start date and the applicable till and employee filters. The connector recognizes EF as cash and TA as card. The Access profile reads receipts and leaves their status in Manager Salón unchanged.
If a receipt is missing
Check that Sales points to the MDB used by the POS and that ImaCash can open it under the same Windows account. Check the date, till and employee filters, and the Accept cards option if you expect TA receipts.
