Set up Loyverse with ImaCash
ImaCash retrieves Loyverse receipts through its API. In this profile, Terminals holds the private access token. It is neither a till count nor a transaction limit.
Before you start
The Loyverse administrator must provide a valid token and confirm access to receipts, employees and terminals for the correct account. Check the ImaCash version and installation scope with support. Keep the token out of screenshots and documents.
- From the main window, open Configuration → Integration and select POS → Loyverse. You need permission to access Configuration and change the integration.
- In Terminals, enter only the private token provided by the administrator. Do not enter a counter. This profile does not require an additional server, SQL port, database, username or password.
- When leaving with pending changes, choose Save in the prompt and review the checks. Continue editing returns to the form; Exit without saving discards pending changes but does not undo phases already saved. If an error occurs, review each check before continuing.
- With support, check that a known receipt and its cash amount are retrieved before commercial use. A connection indicator does not prove that the API accepted the token or that all receipts were received.
Information retrieved
The connector adds the payment entries identified as cash within each receipt and retrieves its reference, creation date, store, terminal and employee. This is not a reader of orders still open or confirmation that the machine received cash.
Dates, terminals and filters
The receipt request does not filter by the resynchronization date or follow additional pages. Do not assume a complete history. Employees and the terminal name for each receipt are retrieved, but this profile supplies no store or terminal lists for setting filters; review local filters without assuming extra options.
Confirmation and cancellation
Local confirmation does not write a closure, payment or cancellation to Loyverse. Cancelling an ImaCash operation does not prove cancellation of the original receipt. If the outcome is uncertain, check Loyverse, ImaCash and the actual cash before repeating, resynchronizing or restarting.
Profile limitations
This profile does not provide bank card payments, a complete mixed-payment breakdown, an item catalogue, stock, shifts or a separate bank total. Do not assume a returned receipt becomes a correct refund without checking its sign and amount. Setup proves neither physical validation nor freedom from duplicates.
