CashKeeper with ImaCash: configuration

This integration is in beta and still requires validation on a physical machine. Use it only for supervised testing and confirm the model and software version with your provider.

A CashKeeper with CKWebAPI enabled by its supplier, connectivity from the ImaCash PC, and a model and software version confirmed by the supplier as compatible with this API are required.

1. In ImaCash, open Configuration > Machine and select CashKeeper.
2. Enter the CashKeeper IP address or hostname and web port. HTTP normally uses port 80. Enable HTTPS and its corresponding port only if supported by the installation; Windows must trust its certificate.
3. In the Seed field, enter the private value supplied by the administrator or supplier. This is not the ImaCash username or password.
4. Select the same main currency configured in CashKeeper. The monetary scale and denominations must match the device configuration.
5. Save the configuration. Validation reads the currency and inventory; it does not start a payment or move cash.

Available functions

Payments with change, confirmed payment cancellation, refunds, dispensing by amount or denomination, and recyclable and total inventory readings. Each installation requires supervised testing before regular use.

This mode does not provide refills, administrative exchanges, collections, drawer opening or continuous acceptance. Compatibility with devices offering only the legacy TCP protocol is not assumed.
