Farmatic configuration
In Configuration > Integration, select Farmatic. Use the active installation details provided by the person responsible for Farmatic:
- Server (IP): address of the Farmatic SQL server accessible from this computer.
- Database (DB): exact name of the active Farmatic database.
- User: authorised SQL account with the required read permissions on Farmatic data. Retain any other permissions your installation requires.
- Password: Private information provided by the administrator. Enter it only in ImaCash.
Special sales
Capture special sales: this checkbox includes special sales without an associated cash movement. Enable it only if your installation uses this type of sale.
- Checked: includes special sales in addition to normal sales capture.
- Unchecked: keeps normal sales capture without including special sales.
Updating preserves the previous value of this option and the connection details. It does not enable special sales automatically.
In older versions, Use Special Sales=0/1 uses 1 to include special sales and 0 to keep normal sales capture only.
Save the configuration and check the Farmatic connection. When you reopen it, the checkbox must retain the saved selection.
