Prepare Loggro in ImaCash
The profile is named Loggro in ImaCash. It is intended for exchange with Loggro Restobar; it does not establish compatibility with every Loggro product, plan or edition.
Before you begin
Ask the provider to confirm API access for your account, the HTTPS base URL, private credentials and time adjustment. Coordinate the work with no operations in progress and review any uncertain cash result. Official API documentation does not replace this preparation.
- From the main screen, open Configuration with identification and access permission, enter Integration and select POS > Loggro.
- Server IP takes the HTTPS base URL confirmed by the provider, not an address copied from another installation. User and Password are the private API account details. This profile does not request an SQL database, DSN or manually entered token.
- Port is reused in this profile for the server time difference in whole hours. It is not the TCP port or an additional field. Confirm the value and date boundary with the provider; it does not change the Windows clock or establish complete time zone conversion.
- Close Configuration with X and review the changes prompt. Save applies and checks in stages and may start a real connection. Keep editing returns to the form; Exit without saving discards pending edits without reversing stages already saved. Reopen to check what was retained.
What information is received
The connector queries invoices over a date interval and collects those received as Pagada and EFECTIVO, with reference, amount, date, cashier and business address. It is not a general queue of unpaid invoices: agree on the workflow before enabling payment. Cards, mixed payments, complete breakdowns and recovery of all history are not established.
Confirmation and filters
Confirmation in ImaCash does not write a payment confirmation to Loggro through this profile; no remote cancellation is documented either. There are no provider station or operator lists to choose here. Local display filters do not by themselves restrict what the API returns.
Check before live use
Compare the reference, amount and cents, currency, dates, multiple result pages and document status in a supervised test. Connected does not prove that everything was read or that a physical payment was confirmed. This guide does not establish physical validation; if a result is uncertain, review both systems and the cash before repeating.
