Bureau Vallee configuration

To integrate Bureau Vallée with ImaCash, the technician must configure the connection to the server where the BUREAU VALLÉE system is installed.

Steps to follow

1. Access the integration settings:
   • Go to CONFIG > INTEGRATION in your ImaCash system
2. Select the POS system:
   • Select the POS category, in this case “Retail”
   • Then select Bureau Vallee from the dropdown menu
3. Complete the connection information:
   • Server IP: Enter the IP address of the server where Bureau Vallée is installed
   • Port: Indicates the connection port to the database
   • Name of the BBDD: Name of the Bureau Vallée database
   • User: User with access permissions to the database
   • Password: database user password
4. Save the configuration:
   • Click the SAVE button (save icon) at the bottom left

Note: The technician must fill in the data where BUREAU VALLÉE is installed: Server IP, Port, Database Name, User and Password.
