To integrate the ZoneSoft Software with ImaCash, the technician must configure the connection parameters to the system database, which may vary depending on the version or year of installation.
Steps to follow
- Access the CONFIG > INTEGRATION menu in the ImaCash interface.
- In the Management Program section, select the following values:
- Category: Hospitality.
- Integration: Zonesoft.
- In the Integration Data section, complete the technical information:
- Server IP: IP address of the machine where the database resides.
- Database Name: Specify the name of the database (note: this field is editable depending on the year and version of the program).
- Instance name: Enter if necessary (optional field).
- User: Username for the connection.
- Password: Corresponding access key.
- Authentication: Check the box Use Windows authentication only if the server is configured like this? requires it (optional).
- Click the SAVE button (floppy disk icon) to confirm the changes.
