To integrate the Shortcuts software (Salon & Spa Software) with ImaCash, the technician must configure access to the SQL database to allow communication between the center management system and the cash terminal.
Action Required: The technician must enter the network and database instance credentials to enable synchronization of operations.
Steps to follow:
- Open CONFIG → INTEGRATION from the ImaCash side panel.
- In the Management program section, select the following values:
- Category: Retail.
- Integration: Shortcuts.
- In the Integration Data section, complete the technical information for the server:
- Server IP: Enter the network address of the computer where the database is hosted.
- Database name: indicate the name of the Shortcuts database.
- Instance Name: Specify the corresponding SQL Server instance.
- User: name of the user with access permissions.
- Password: access key for the configured user.
- Click the SAVE button (floppy disk icon) to confirm the changes.
