OpenIT

To integrate the OpenIT Software (a3ERP) with ImaCash, the technician must configure the connection to the database server and select the physical sales file. It is essential to enter the IP of the server, the Port and, in the field for the name of the DB, specify the Access Role.

Steps to follow

1. CONFIG → INTEGRATION in ImaCash.
2. Management Program:
   • Category: Hostelry.
   • Integration: OpenIT.
3. Integration data:
   • Server IP: Enter the IP address (e.g. 127.0.0.1).
   • Server port: Enter the corresponding port (e.g. 3050).
   • Database Name: Enter the required access role.
   • User: Enter the user (e.g. sysdba).
   • Password: Enter the access code.
   • Sales: Click on the folder icon and select the sales file with the .FDB extension.
4. Save: Click the SAVE button (floppy disk icon).
