OpenIT

Para integrar el Software OpenIT (a3ERP) con ImaCash, el técnico deberá configurar la conexión al servidor de la base de datos y seleccionar el archivo físico de ventas. Es fundamental introducir la IP del servidor, el Puerto y, en el campo destinado al nombre de la BBDD, especificar el Role de acceso.

Steps to follow

1. CONFIG → INTEGRATION in ImaCash.
2. Management Program:
   • Category: Hostelry.
   • Integración: OpenIT.
3. Integration data:
   • IP del servidor: Introducir la dirección IP (ej. Private information provided by the administrator. Enter it only in ImaCash.).
   • Server port: Enter the corresponding port (e.g. 3050).
   • Database Name: Enter the required access role.
   • User: Enter the user (e.g. sysdba).
   • Contraseña: Private information provided by the administrator. Enter it only in ImaCash.
   • Ventas: Haz clic en el icono de carpeta y selecciona el fichero de ventas con extensión .FDB.
4. Save: Click the SAVE button (floppy disk icon).
