Integration modes

Choose the mode that matches your installation. Confirm the connector and its requirements with the provider before changing the setup.

OfiBarman · Access

1. Open Configuration > Integration > POS and select OfiBarmanAcces.
2. In Sales and Auxiliary, select the two Access files for the installation. Ask the administrator to confirm which files to use and that the Windows account running ImaCash can read them.
3. When leaving Configuration, save your changes when ImaCash prompts you. Then check with the administrator that you see the expected sales for the correct period and workstation.

The profile reads sales from OfiBarman. Check the ticket status in OfiBarman after using ImaCash. The connector does not write confirmations or cancellations to OfiBarman.

OfiBarman · SQL Server

1. Open Configuration > Integration > POS and select OfiBarmanSQL.
2. Enter the server supplied by your administrator and the company number in Workstations. The connector uses that number to find the sales and auxiliary data. Use Windows authentication when applicable or the read-only SQL account supplied by your administrator.
3. When leaving Configuration, save your changes when ImaCash prompts you. Then check with the administrator that you see the expected sales for the correct period and workstation.

The profile reads sales from OfiBarman. Check the ticket status in OfiBarman after using ImaCash. The connector does not write confirmations or cancellations to OfiBarman.
