ImaCash user manual
The Settings section allows you to modify the general behavior of ImaCash: collections, sales, interface, users, permissions, filters, card, advanced options and other daily use parameters. Access may require a username and password, so not all profiles will be able to enter or modify the settings.
The General section brings together daily use options related to collections, sales, display and operational security.
These options are usually activated or deactivated depending on the way the establishment works.

This block defines how ImaCash behaves during transaction collection.
Here you can activate options related to automatic closure of the payment, payment window, split payments, card payments, manual transactions, deferred operations or behavior when canceling a sale.
Before changing these options, check how the POS/POS works. Some adjustments may modify the usual cash flow.
This block controls how ImaCash is displayed and what information is visible during the operation.
May include options for ImaBar, bar position, machine status, real-time inventory, display recyclable total, or rounding rules.
Use it to adapt ImaCash to the way your computer works: always-on display, floating icon, or more machine data.
This block defines when ImaCash should ask for user identification to perform sensitive actions.
It can be applied to operations such as deferring, canceling, grouping, making returns, making changes, converting sales to card or automatically closing sessions.
Activate login controls in actions that affect cash, cash balance or the traceability of an operation.
The Users section allows you to create new users and manage permissions of existing users.
From here you can define access data, password, related user, identification color, EAN13, NFC, maximum dispensing limit and basic or advanced permissions.
It allows you to define what cash levels are considered high, medium or low for the business.
These levels help anticipate when denominations may need to be refilled, emptied, or revised.
Set the levels based on the establishment's actual cash volume.
Allows you to activate filters to control what information or operations are displayed or synchronized.
Before activating them, make sure that they will not hide operations that the team needs to see during the day.
The Card section allows you to configure and activate the point of sale module for card payments.
Its objective is that ImaCash can have control of the transactions regardless of the payment method used by the client.
It may depend on the license, the contracted module, the card provider or the available integration.
It brings together technical and administrative parameters that must be carefully modified.
It is intended for managers or technical personnel, because it can affect synchronization, maximum amounts, printer, local maintenance, daily report and REST API.
Use this reference to know what to check without modifying sensitive parameters by mistake.
Here you configure data related to synchronization and device identification ImaCash, such as synchronization interval, synchronization range or ImaCash-ID. Do not change these parameters without knowing the installation.
Allows you to define limits for certain operations, such as maximum returns, maximum transactions or returns without login up to a certain amount.
Allows you to configure the printer, characters and behavior of the receipt. You may also include a test option to verify that the printer is responding correctly.
Includes actions such as restarting ImaCash at a specified time or flushing the database. Use it with special care because it can affect operations and the information available.
It allows you to activate the sending of the report at the end of the day and review data such as license email, closing time, maintenance status, last shipment and establishment hours.
Displays the token required to use ImaCash in conjunction with the REST API. It should be configured in the POS when the integration requires it and should not be shared publicly.
The Save button saves all changes made to Settings. After saving, ImaCash may display a confirmation message indicating that the data was saved successfully.
If you changed important settings, it may be necessary to restart ImaCash for some changes to take effect correctly.
The options visible in Settings may vary depending on:
If an option appears disabled or does not appear, it may be because it does not apply to that installation.
Before changing any options, check these points. If you have questions, consult with a person in charge or technical support before applying changes.
