Herbolib BETA: Integration under testing for a single workstation. Before using it with customers, validate the configuration and cash machine with support.
Requirements
Herbolib, ImaCash and the bridge must run on the same computer under the same Windows user account. Use a local folder with read and write permissions, not a network folder.
ImaCash configuration
- Use ImaCash 4.4.3.1271 or later. Download imacash-herbolib-1.0.0.zip from Dependencies in Admin or Distributors. The bridge is installed separately. Download from Dependencies (sign-in required)
- In Configuration > Integration > POS > Herbolib, specify «Bridge folder» (default: %LOCALAPPDATA%\ImaCash\Herbolib). Extract ImaCashHerbolib.exe and ImaCashHerbolib.exe.config into that folder and read LEEME.txt. When updating, preserve the configuration files and existing operations.
- In «Herbolib currency», select the same currency used in Herbolib and the cash machine.
- Optional: enable Settings > «Open payment when sale is detected». If you leave it disabled, select the pending sale and press «Pay».
Herbolib configuration
- With authorised access to Herbolib, create or select a Monedero («Cajón inteligente») record for ImaCash. Open Varios > Tablas varias > Terminales, select the workstation and open Periféricos. Enable Monedero and select that record.
- Enter the IP 127.0.0.1 and the full path to ImaCashHerbolib.exe in the selected folder. Keep ImaCash open on that same computer under the same Windows user account.
Final check
Before using it in production, check a sale, a refund and a cancellation on the selected machine with support. If a payment remains pending, review it before trying again.
