Set up Gestanco TPV with ImaCash
Gestanco TPV is the tobacconist software from the Unión de Estanqueros. ImaCash provides the Gestanco selector to read tickets and invoices from its Access database. Confirm the installed edition and data structure with the supplier.

Prepare access
The supplier must identify the operational database and prepare Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 with the same architecture as ImaCash. The Windows account running ImaCash needs access to the file and any network share, with the permissions required by Access. A backup or another company’s database does not represent this workstation’s sales.
Select the integration
Open Settings > Integration in ImaCash. Select the POS category and then Gestanco. This guide does not change the POS configuration.
Complete the two fields
In Password, enter the private database password supplied by the administrator. Under Transactions, use the file button to select the active Access database confirmed by the supplier, usually GESTANCO.MDB. This integration does not take a server, port, SQL user or DSN.
Save and check the connection
Save the configuration and close the window to retain it. Connecting checks that the database can be opened with those details and permissions; it does not confirm completion of a sale or cash device operation.
Which sales are retrieved
The integration queries tickets and invoices and groups their lines by document reference. The period uses the synchronization date and time. Check the retrieved documents, amounts and signs before widening the period; complete historical recovery across days is not guaranteed.
Sales staff and workstations
The sales staff filter uses Gestanco seller names. There is no terminal, shop or till catalogue to restrict retrieval: confirm which sales belong to the selected database. Selecting this connector does not establish isolation between workstations or companies.
Cash and cards
Tickets distinguish the card marker received from Gestanco; accepted invoices use the cash payment methods supported by the connector. The supplier must confirm how payment methods map in that installation. A card marker does not confirm bank settlement, and this integration does not provide card totals or shift closing.
Scope and commissioning
Confirming or rejecting in ImaCash does not write a closure or cancellation to Gestanco. This connector does not provide a product catalogue or shift management. Review the edition, currency, references, permissions and database scope with the supplier, and validate the complete installation and cash device flow before routine use.
