Set up Etron Farmacia with ImaCash
The Etron profile queries a MySQL exchange database to which the provider sends sales. Confirm the supported edition, adapter and format with Etron Farmacia before configuring ImaCash; the brand alone does not establish compatibility with other products. Configure the cash machine separately.
Prepare the exchange with the provider
The provider must prepare a compatible structure and the sales feed from Etron Farmacia. An empty database or copying pharmacy files does not prepare the integration. Request an account limited to reading the exchange; the Etron feed has its own permissions. This guide does not create or modify databases.
Select the current profile
Open Configuration > Integration, choose POS and select Etron. Check that the provider has prepared the exchange before entering the details.
Complete the five fields
Server IP, Port, Database name, Username and Password take only the private details supplied by the exchange administrator. Confirm the computer hosting MySQL, its authorised port and the specific database. Do not assume a universal local address, port, name or account; keep credentials out of public documentation.
Save and check the connection
Close Configuration and confirm saving when prompted. The profile opens and closes the connection; a connected indicator does not prove a complete structure, receipt of sales or payment. If it fails, review access with the administrator without replacing the database or broadening permissions through trial and error.
Review dates, amounts and filters
The synchronisation date and time include supported cash movements from that instant onwards. The exchange expresses amounts in hundredths; confirm signs, currency, references and dates with the provider. Check the terminal, salesperson and company identifiers used in filters. Without filters, all supported movements in that database within the period are queried. There is no selectable payment-method catalogue.
What confirmation does
Confirming or rejecting in ImaCash does not write a closure or cancellation in the exchange database or Etron. Check the outcome in both systems and at the machine. This profile does not provide items, shifts or a bank total; do not assume cards, mixed payments, complete history or freedom from duplicates.
Verify before commercial use
Arrange a supervised test with the provider to check sending, receipt, filters and the complete outcome. This guide does not establish physical validation or support for every edition or device. If the outcome is uncertain, check Etron, ImaCash and actual cash before repeating, resynchronising or restarting.
