Set up ETPOS with ImaCash
ETPOS is software from SDILAB. The Etpos profile in ImaCash queries an existing SQLite database; confirm the supported edition, data format and installation with the provider. Configure the cash machine separately.
Prepare the active file
Ask the provider for the actual file holding current sales and its private location. The Windows user running ImaCash must be able to read it and access any required companion files, under conditions for simultaneous use confirmed by the provider. Do not create, rebuild or replace databases using this guide.
Select the profile
Open Configuration > Integration, choose POS and select Etpos. This profile does not request a SQL server, port, username or password.
Complete the two fields
Database name takes the exact name of the active file; Sales takes its containing folder, selected using the folder button. There is no universal filename, and a year or extension alone does not identify the right file. If the technician enters an absolute path in Database name, that path takes precedence over Sales.
Save and check access
Close Configuration and confirm saving when prompted. The profile attempts to open the existing file in read-only mode and check a basic structure; this does not prove complete reading, current sales data or payment. If access fails, contact the provider without changing the file.
Which movements are queried
The synchronisation date and time limit reading to movements the profile recognises as cash. It does not offer a payment-method catalogue. Confirm classification, signs, amounts, currency, references and how terminals and operators map to the source. Do not assume cards, mixed payments, complete history, separation by company or freedom from duplicates.
Confirmation and scope
Confirming or rejecting in ImaCash does not write a document closure or cancellation in ETPOS. A movement marked paid in the source does not prove the cash-machine outcome. This profile does not provide an item catalogue, shifts or a bank total.
Verify before use
Arrange a supervised test with the provider before commercial use, checking the active file, reception, dates and references. This guide does not establish physical validation or compatibility with every edition or device. If the outcome is uncertain, check ETPOS, ImaCash and actual cash before repeating, resynchronising or restarting.
