Set up Epos Now with ImaCash
EposNow is the profile that queries the Epos Now API. EposNowV2 uses a separate webhook flow and EposNowV3 exchanges files: these are separate profiles rather than an upgrade sequence. Confirm the profile and version available for your installation with support.
Prepare private access
The Epos Now administrator must prepare an authorised API device and provide its private token in the exact format supported by the profile. Credentials are available under Web Integrations > REST API > Access Credentials in the Backoffice; menus may vary. Confirm permissions, query limits and terms with Epos Now. Keep the token private and never copy it from a screenshot.
Select and save
Open Configuration > Integration and select POS > EposNow. Enter the private value in Token; no SQL server, database, port or sales folder is requested. Close Configuration and confirm saving when prompted. Saving or a connected indicator does not prove authorisation, transaction reading or payment.
Payment methods and transactions
Select the actual cash method and, only if you enable cards, a different card method confirmed by the provider. The profile queries transactions over a date and time interval and distinguishes amounts for recognised methods, with terminals, operators and local filters. Check references, signs, currency and how each amount maps to the source; do not assume complete history, correct mixed payments or freedom from duplicates.
What ImaCash confirms
Local confirmation or rejection does not write a sale closure or cancellation in Epos Now. A card record does not prove bank authorisation either. This profile does not provide an item catalogue, shifts or a bank total.

The provider and support must verify access, version, edition, currency and the flow in a supervised test before commercial use.
