Set up DSTnet Hostelería with ImaCash
The ImaCash profile is named DSTHosteleria. Confirm the supported edition and installation with DST; the DSTnet Hostelería brand alone does not establish compatibility with every version. Configure the cash machine separately.
Prepare access
The provider must prepare SQL Server and confirm the server, instance, active database and query permissions under the actual ImaCash Windows user. Supply the SQL account through a private channel; do not copy details from examples or screenshots.
Select the profile
Open Configuration > Integration, select POS and then DSTHosteleria. Keep the details prepared for this installation.
Complete the private fields
Server IP takes the confirmed SQL destination. Instance name identifies its instance and Database name the active database specified by the provider. Username and Password belong to the authorized SQL account. These are not a file path or DSN; there are no universal values or separate port field. The provider must check that the data structure matches what this profile expects.
Save when closing
Close Configuration and confirm saving when prompted. Follow any restart proposed by ImaCash when applicable. Saving or seeing a connected indicator does not prove full access, correct queries or a completed payment.
What is read
The profile reads sales with a recorded payment date and movements by date, with the terminal and operator identifiers available at the source. Local filters limit the view; they do not grant permissions or prove isolation at the source. Confirm references, dates, amounts, signs and currency with the provider. Do not assume every sale is cash, a breakdown of card or mixed payments, full history or absence of duplicates.
Check commissioning
Compare documents between both programs. Confirming or rejecting in ImaCash does not write a closure or cancellation in DST. This profile does not validate products, shifts or bank totals. If the outcome is uncertain, check both systems and the actual cash before repeating, resynchronizing or restarting. The guide does not physically validate the equipment or other editions.
