Dioscourides configuration
ImaCash reads Dioscourides transactions from SQL Server. The integration is read-only: it does not modify the source or send payment, rejection or cancellation confirmations to Dioscourides.
Prerequisites
- Ask the Dioscourides administrator for a SQL Server reachable from the ImaCash workstation, the actual database and an account with SELECT permission on the source. Write or administrator permissions are not required. Do not share credentials in screenshots, support tickets or logs.
- The table or view UD_MORF_CASH_TRANSACTIONS_NEW must expose TRANS_DATE, TRANS_ID, TRANS_AMOUNT, CASHIER, COMPANY and SALE_TYPE. Check access using the same account and database configured in ImaCash.
Steps to follow
- Access the integration settings: Open Configuration > Integration in ImaCash.
- Select the POS system: Select the POS category in the catalogue.
- Then select Dioscourides from the drop-down menu.
- Complete the connection details:
- Server / IP: Enter the SQL Server host or IP; where applicable, use host\instance or host,port in this field as supplied by the administrator. This is not an HTTP URL.
- Database name: Enter the actual database name. FARMAKIO is an example, not a required name.
- User: Enter the SQL account authorised for SELECT; example values are not valid credentials.
- Password: Private information provided by the administrator. Enter it only in ImaCash.
- Save the configuration: Click Save and check the connection result before carrying out a controlled transaction.
Capture and limits
- This integration captures only cash transactions from Dioscourides, including refunds with negative amounts. It does not capture cards or other payment methods and does not write confirmations or reconciliations to Dioscourides.
- In Settings > Filters, enable only the company, workstation and cashier criteria needed for this installation. Select the values that match the data configured in Dioscourides and save the settings.
