Set up Dialprix
The Dialprix profile in ImaCash interprets ticket codes prepared for this format. It does not query a POS database or collect sales automatically. The supplier must confirm the ticket template and the installation’s workflow.
Preparation and commissioning
- Prepare the ticket and reader. Ask the supplier for a valid test code for this profile and confirm the reader or input method. It must preserve leading zeros and deliver the complete code without prefixes, spaces or web addresses. Prepare the cash machine and currency separately.
- Select Dialprix. In Configuration > Integration, choose POS and then Dialprix. Retail is this page’s category; the current ImaCash selector uses POS.
- Save the configuration. When closing, confirm saving if prompted and follow the proposed restart where applicable. This profile requires no additional IP, port, SQL, username, password or folder fields in Integration. Saving does not check a ticket or a cash operation.
- Check a supervised workflow. Before scanning, review the printed ticket, amount, sign and currency. Agree on a supervised test with the supplier and compare the displayed store, terminal, reference and amount with the ticket and actual machine outcome. A valid scan may start the cash movement directly.
Which code this profile needs
Use the specific 20-digit format and its expected check. Having 20 characters is not enough: the supplier must confirm an accepted code. Do not truncate, pad or change a code to make it fit. This is not general product scanning, product EAN reading or QR web-link handling.
Reading and payment require separate checks
Recognising a code does not prove the ticket is paid or closed in the POS. The profile obtains store, terminal, reference and amount from the code without checking its source status. A local confirmation or rejection writes neither confirmation nor cancellation to the POS; agree on reconciling both programs.
Do not scan again after an uncertain outcome
This profile does not retrieve tickets by date or receive a history through polling. Waiting or disconnection does not authorise rescanning, charging, refunding or restarting. Review ImaCash, the source ticket and actual cash before continuing; a reference does not guarantee prevention of all duplicates.
Reading scope
Confirm the meaning of the sign and the handling of refunds, cards and mixed payments with the supplier. The code does not prove bank payment. The profile does not import product, terminal or operator catalogues, shifts or bank totals. Store and terminal details on the ticket do not identify the cash machine.

This guide describes the profile; it does not establish compatibility with all Dialprix systems or physical validation of readers or machines. The supplier must check the format, amounts and workflows before commercial use.
