Prepare the Coexito integration

Before a new installation, confirm access, scope and a compatible version with support and the provider. A selector listing does not validate operation.

This page describes the connector named Coexito in ImaCash. Confirm with support that it matches your installation; the name does not establish compatibility with every application or company sharing that name.

Preparation steps

1. Ask the responsible person to confirm the SQL Server database, its compatible structure and query permissions for the actual Windows user running ImaCash. Do not use details from other installations.
2. Open Configuration > Integration > POS and select Coexito. Configure the cash device separately under Machine.
3. Server IP: enter only the private destination confirmed by the administrator; do not infer it from the computer displaying the POS.
4. Database name: use the exact database name prepared for this integration and supplied by the responsible person.
5. Instance name: use the confirmed SQL Server instance. The screen has no separate port field and there is no universal value.
6. The documented workflow uses Windows authentication. The responsible person must prepare SQL access for the user running ImaCash; the visible User and Password fields do not establish a switch to SQL authentication. Do not share credentials or connection details in messages or screenshots.
7. The field labelled Workstations corresponds here to additional card methods, separated by commas. Do not use it as a terminal identifier; confirm the codes and their scope with support.
8. Close the changed configuration and choose to save. Review messages and select the actual, distinct cash and card methods when prompted. If filters appear, confirm their values and application before saving.
9. Before use, check references, dates, amounts, signs and payment methods with the provider in an authorised environment. Review both programs and actual cash separately.

Scope and limits

Queries transactions from the prepared database. A reference, amount or SQL connection does not prove a cash movement or the final sale status.

Queries terminals and sellers; a complete shop catalogue and all filter combinations are not validated. Confirm their values and local scope. Changing the synchronisation date does not guarantee a limited query or complete history without duplicates.

Cash, card and additional methods must match confirmed source codes. Mixed payments, refunds and other methods require specific validation; bank reconciliation and universal payment compatibility are not advertised.

A local confirmation or cancellation does not prove that the source transaction was confirmed, cancelled or refunded. If the result is uncertain, review both systems and cash before repeating, resynchronising or restarting.

Configuration and document review do not validate functional or physical operation. Confirm the specific installation scope with support before using the connector.
