Set up BohaoMarket
This guide covers the BohaoMarket selector in ImaCash. Earlier Bohao and BohaoMarket V2 references are collected here; the provider must confirm the installation schema. This connection does not validate the Bohao cloud service.
The administrator prepares MySQL and a private account with read access to the required data and its structure. Use only the network and access authorised for this installation.
Setup steps
- Confirm the installation, exchange and permissions with Bohao before setup. Keep the previous configuration for a controlled review.
- Open Configuration > Integration > POS and select BohaoMarket. The logo identifies the provider; it does not confirm a connection.
- Enter Server IP, Port, Database name, User and Password using the private details supplied by the administrator. Enter the port separately when specified; there is no universal value or DSN to create.
- Confirm cash and card classification with the provider and review Accept cards where applicable. This profile does not load a selectable payment-method catalogue; check the classification received instead of inventing codes.
- Close the changed configuration and choose to save. Review the checks and saved details; explicitly confirm any proposed restart at a suitable time. Saving without changes does not guarantee a fresh check.
- Before live use, validate reference, amount including cents, sign, date, workstation and operator, together with cash actually accepted or returned, in a supervised test.
Scope and checks
Reads tickets and, where the source supplies the required detail, split payments or payments without a linked ticket. Classification depends on recognised data; validate mixed payments and references to avoid treating the ticket total as each payment. It does not prove bank collection or card reconciliation.
Disable refunds excludes negative amounts from reading: it neither cancels transactions nor deletes Bohao data. Confirm its use and amount signs with the provider.
Workstation and operator filters use source references. A workstation filter omits payments without a linked ticket because they have no verifiable workstation. A generic workstation does not prove a shop or physical terminal; check the scope of each filter.
Confirming or cancelling in ImaCash does not write confirmations or cancellations to Bohao. If the outcome is uncertain, check the source and actual cash with support before repeating, resynchronising or restarting.
Does not import products or shifts, discover shops or provide a bank card total. A successful connection does not validate a model, commercial version, physical operation or historical recovery without duplicates.
Use POS and save when closing the current interface; the historical V2 label does not prove a second current integration.
