Set up Copesa scale in ImaCash
This guide covers the standard BasculaCopesa mode, which reads the scale software database. Confirm the installation version and profile with the provider.
The provider must prepare MySQL access from the ImaCash computer and supply the server, database and a private account with read permissions. Do not copy values from another installation.
Setup steps
- Open Settings > Integration, select POS and choose BasculaCopesa. Use an authorised account with no operations in progress.
- In Server IP, enter the private address of the MySQL host confirmed by the administrator. This mode has no separate port or instance field.
- In Database name, enter the database confirmed by the provider; in Username and Password, enter the private account authorised to read it. Do not use screenshot values as credentials.
- Close Settings after making changes and choose Save in the prompt. Review the host accessibility and MySQL opening checks; they do not validate the entire schema or a real sale. If Restart is offered, select it explicitly with no operations in progress. Check tickets and salespeople with the provider, without repeating payments to test the connection.
Scope of the standard mode
It reads tickets from the synchronisation point and uses the received net amount, workstation and salesperson. It presents them as cash; Accept cards does not provide a card or mixed payment breakdown. Check operator filters against the actual identifiers. The received workstation is the reported counter, not a verified physical terminal; ImaCash filters act on received data.
It does not send confirmations or cancellations to the scale and does not demonstrate bank payment, fiscal closing, products or shifts. A connection or saved configuration does not replace physical validation of amounts and operations with the provider.
EAN and EAN only modes follow different workflows. Confirm the installed mode; this guide does not describe code scanning.
