Azulejos Leyva configuration
This guide covers the “Azulejos Leyva” profile in ImaCash. The management system administrator must prepare its specific exchange; having SQL Server does not establish compatibility with every application or edition.
Prepare and save the connection
- Open Configuration > Integration, select the POS category, then Azulejos Leyva.
- In Server IP and Database name, enter the destination and database confirmed by the administrator. These are private details; do not copy values from old screenshots.
- Fill in User and Password with a SQL account authorized to query the exchange operations and employees and confirm processed operations. A read-only account cannot complete confirmation.
- Click Save. Before use, the technician must check reading and confirmation with the supplier in an authorized test environment, also reviewing the cash machine configuration. Saving or a connection indicator does not prove that the entire workflow works.
Operations and confirmation
The link queries pending operations from the synchronization date and preserves the received amount and date. Cash or card classification comes from the exchange; it does not independently split mixed payments or change, or execute a bank payment.
When an operation is processed without cancellation, the link attempts to mark it as paid and communicate the payment type to the management system. Cancellation or rejection in ImaCash does not prove that the original sale was voided: confirm with the supplier how to handle each case before repeating it.
Sales staff and filters
Sales staff come from the management system employees. Check their identifiers and operator filters. The value used as the workstation comes from the document number and does not establish a physical till; this profile has no terminal list of its own.
Scope and requirements
This profile does not import products or shifts. The supplier must confirm the exchange structure, versions and required permissions. This documentation does not establish a physical installation, a specific cash machine model or compatibility with other management systems.
